Our company has established a female patrol team, the "Bimorita," to watch over the site more beautifully and gently. By patrolling the site from a woman's perspective, we believe we can feel the environment more closely, which will lead to a reaffirmation of safety on site and the activation of communication with the site. We also have videos of the Bimorita, activity reports, and LINE stickers available.

The "dormitory for construction workers for partner companies" that we have been working on has recently been completed. The new dormitory is named "Dormitory Shin-Koiwa," with "dormitory" meaning "dorm" or "boarding house." It can accommodate 50 people. Additionally, this dormitory is equipped with a training room, and we plan to conduct various training sessions for employees and workers of partner companies organized by our company and partner companies. It also has the functionality to be used for educational and study sessions aimed at skill development.
