Introduction to the document "Temperature Characteristics of Tunnel Lining Concrete"
Introducing the temperature characteristics of tunnel secondary lining concrete!
This document introduces the temperature characteristics of tunnel lining concrete poured using FRP formwork. FRP concrete has better thermal insulation performance (heat retention effect) compared to steel formwork, and it also has excellent release properties, eliminating the need for automatic stripping devices. Furthermore, verification regarding the improvement of lining concrete quality revealed that, through temperature analysis using the 3D FEM method, the temperature rise of the concrete until stripping is approximately 3°C higher for FRP than for steel. [Contents] ■ What is tunnel secondary lining? ■ Formwork for tunnel secondary lining (centering) ■ Advantages of FRP centering ■ Koue Tunnel South New Construction Project ■ Verification regarding the improvement of lining concrete quality, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
