PERI products are used at construction sites around the world. This time, we will introduce the construction site of the "Tamsui Bridge" in Tamsui District, Taipei, Taiwan. The Tamsui Bridge is a bridge currently under construction over the Tamsui River, which separates the Tamsui District and Bali District of New Taipei City, Taiwan. The total length of the bridge is 920 meters, with the main tower reaching a height of 200 meters. The plan is to pour concrete for the main tower in 53 lifts, with the shape of the main tower changing complexly for each lift. PERI products are being used in the construction of this main tower. We have started publishing an interview (video) with the site manager of the Tamkang Bridge, which is under construction in the Tamsui District of New Taipei City, Taiwan (Republic of China), on our YouTube channel (PERI Group). (Filming period: November 28 to December 1, 2023) The main tower of the Tamkang Bridge will reach a height of 200 meters above the water surface upon completion. The plan is to pour concrete in 53 floors, but the shape of the main tower will change complexly with each floor. PERI's system formwork, which can flexibly respond to these complex changes, has been adopted. Our PERI system (SCS + VARIO) and technical proposals have been highly evaluated for achieving effective adaptation to these complex shape changes and efficient reuse of formwork. Additionally, for floors 30 to 49, the PERI climbing system (ACS + VARIO) will be used to carry out work at height quickly.
