The "SPARC Fence" is a slope-installed rockfall protection fence primarily designed to protect roads and houses from falling rocks. It can withstand rockfall energy of up to 318 kJ. Due to its structure, which does not use a damping device, it can also accommodate static loads from snow and collapsed earth. It is effective for rockfall measures in snowy regions and avalanche prevention on slopes with rockfall hazards.
