Return idler that improves belt wandering and misalignment through the automatic centering function of tapered rollers.
Similar to the JAR-T type, the side rollers are tapered return idlers. The principle of occurrence for meandering and offset adjustment is the same, but as a structural difference, a pivot axis is arranged at the bottom of each tapered roller support on the left and right, eliminating the pivot frame to improve pivot sensitivity. This product can also be used in conveyors for both forward and reverse operation.
