◇Basic Function: When the platform's elevation is detected and a set distance is traveled, the engine is forcibly stopped to prevent accidents. The set distance can be freely changed in approximately 1-meter increments with each press. ◇Power and Electrical Specifications: The rated voltage is DC24V (tolerance range 10.8 to 26.4V). The inrush current is a maximum of 2A, and the withstand voltage is around DC40V. ◇Environmental Performance and Materials: The operating temperature range is -20 to +60 degrees, and the surrounding humidity is below 85% RH (without condensation). The protection grade is approximately IP54, and the main body is made of flame-retardant ABS (main component UL94V-0). ◇Control and Compatibility: Compact design with MPU control, compatible with various starting types from different manufacturers, such as cell-type and push-type. Main Uses and Operation Flow ◆Danger Detection: Continuously monitors the lifting state of the cargo bed and the vehicle's travel distance from existing signals. ◆Warning and Control: Activates when the vehicle starts moving with the cargo bed raised and reaches a preset distance (adjustable in 1-meter increments, such as 5m or 10m). ◆Accident Prevention: Forces the engine to stop while simultaneously alerting the driver with a loud alarm and flashing LED warning light, preventing collisions with overpasses or power lines. Implementation Sites This system is implemented in dump trucks primarily used in civil engineering and construction sites. It is equipped with an emergency shut-off connector that allows the device to be disabled in case of trouble, and it is incorporated into the site's safety measures manual. (Note: Since there is no automatic braking function, after the engine stops, the driver is instructed to apply the brakes to safely stop the vehicle.)
