The Rev Disk Impactor (RDI) mounted at the front of the main body, along with the high-performance filter on the secondary side, plays a significant role in achieving a clean workplace environment. Oil mist floating in the machining workspace is harmful, and prolonged inhalation can lead to respiratory diseases and laryngeal cancer. Additionally, oil mist gradually adheres and accumulates on machines and equipment, causing malfunctions and corrosion. The oil mist collector "Karakkaze" effectively captures oil mist and resolves these issues. All domestic factories of Ogura Clutch have obtained ISO 14001 certification. ■Effective Oil Mist Collection 1. Ultra High Performance By rotating the RDI, the liquefaction of oil mist is promoted, achieving a 99% removal rate. Any remaining oil mist is captured by a secondary filter at the rear, which can collect particles down to 0.1μm. Additionally, by equipping separate motors for the RDI and the suction fan, stable airflow is maintained. 2. Collection Performance Compliant with Labor Safety and Health Laws Capable of removing dust particles in the most dangerous range of 0.1 to 5μm. The device meets the structural, performance, and dust removal requirements. 3. Regarding the structure of the OMSZ, oil mist is drawn into the main body from the intake, and by colliding with the pre-filter (mesh filter), the particles are sorted. The sorted oil mist is collected and liquefied by the RDI, and the liquefied oil mist is discharged from the oil outlet. Additionally, any oil mist that could not be fully collected and liquefied by the RDI is captured by a high-performance filter installed at the rear of the device, which can capture particles down to 0.1μm.
