NUKOTE Polyurea FR is a fire-resistant polyurea coating material that meets Class 1 performance under the ASTM E-84 fire resistance standard (USA). It can be applied to various substrate surfaces such as concrete, metal, and wood, and in addition to its fire resistance, it also possesses waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance characteristics found in other grades of polyurea. It is particularly effective as an explosion protection lining for concrete structures in plant facilities, preventing collapse in the event of a disaster. Additionally, it has a higher fire resistance compared to other polyureas and is a material that is difficult to ignite.
