A conveyor using a spiral (shaftless screw). Since it is cantilevered only on the reducer side, no intermediate bearings are necessary. The spiral is manufactured by the Italian company MILLE and has over 10 years of proven performance for both government and private sectors. The standard material for the spiral is Swedish steel, and it can also be made of stainless steel. It is possible to sell the spiral as a standalone product. It is also possible to replace the interior of an existing screw conveyor casing with a spiral while keeping the casing itself intact. It is fully sealed, making it suitable for odor control during the transportation of dewatered sludge or screenings.
