Japan's first technology that changed the tunneling site: Continuous belt conveyor system.
Taguchi Industrial's "Continuous Belt Conveyor System" is a system that challenged the conventional wisdom of transporting excavated soil from tunnel boring to the surface using dump trucks and similar vehicles back in 1990. As excavation progresses, the belt conveyor extends, smoothly transporting the soil. With a minimum curve radius of 30 meters, it can make a 180° turn if there is a width of 60 meters available. Even in delicate shield tunneling sites, it can transport materials smoothly without contaminating the site with soil. 【Features】 ○ High efficiency and safety ○ Consideration for the environment ○ Ensured transport capacity ○ Extensible and bendable For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Taguchi Industrial Co., Ltd. has been developing Japan's first "curved U-turn continuous belt conveyor system" for over 10 years. The number of implementations has already exceeded 100 cases. On the other hand, looking towards the future, various large-scale projects are underway aiming for a new form of Japan. We will efficiently and safely create projects that shape such a future. Please continue to look forward to Taguchi's new proposals.
