■Principle of Counter Pressure Method Inject resin into the mold cavity ↓ Maintain a gas pressure within the cavity that is higher than the foaming pressure until just before the resin filling is complete, preventing the resin from foaming. Since the foaming rate is below 5%, there is almost no decrease in product strength due to the formation of a strong surface skin layer, resulting in physical properties comparable to solid molded products. ↓ Achieve a smooth surface on the molded product!
