PFP molding method
We accommodate thick shapes that are impossible with standard molding methods using special molding techniques.
It becomes possible to shape the thick parts that bear the strength so that they can coexist with the thin parts.
PFP (Partial Frame Process) molding is a revolutionary molding method that improves the rigidity and strength of molded products by incorporating a frame structure made of thick ribs at any position of the molded product, preventing surface sink marks. The group company owns 35 injection molding machines ranging from 35t to 1800t, capable of handling both small and large molded products.

basic information
◇Principle of PFP Molding Method The volume shrinkage force generated during the cooling and solidification of the resin is absorbed by intentionally growing cavities (voids)*1. ↓ This results in molded products with excellent surface properties and high rigidity. *1 These cavities (voids) can be freely generated in positions that avoid affecting product strength, and they do not impact surface properties. Additionally, complex pressure-holding operations during molding are unnecessary, contributing to the stability of the molded product's quality.

Applications/Examples of results
◇Features of PFP Molding Method - High rigidity and high strength molded products can be achieved with a free rib structure. - Low-pressure molding is possible without the need for complex pressure-holding processes. - Does not require special equipment, molding machines, or molds (Note). (Note) A simple shrinkage prevention mechanism will be provided in the mold, but the basic structure is the same as that of a standard injection molding mold.
