It perfectly removes fibrous contaminants such as hair and fine contaminants.
Neo-Hex (fine mesh mechanical screen) features a structure where resin screen panels are mounted on a special hexagonal (HEXAGON) drum, perfectly removing fibrous materials such as hair and fine contaminants that conventional bar screen types cannot eliminate. When combined with a screw conveyor, it allows for compact separation and dewatering. By using thick resin screen panels, it prevents the entanglement of fibrous contaminants like hair.
