Neo-Hex (fine mesh mechanical screen) features a structure where resin screen panels are mounted on a special hexagonal (HEXAGON) drum, perfectly removing fibrous materials such as hair and fine contaminants that conventional bar screen types cannot eliminate. When combined with a screw conveyor, it allows for compact separation and dewatering. By using thick resin screen panels, it prevents the entanglement of fibrous contaminants like hair. The resin screen panel type Delta Screen captures impurities by allowing raw water to flow from the outside to the inside of the screen (using two sides of the inflow screen) and discharges the filtered water from the central part of the main body. By detecting the differential pressure between the raw water side and the filtered water side due to screen clogging, the screen is rotated to drain the backwash water, automatically cleaning the screen surface.
