The "Morph Zone" object in ArchiCAD is a groundbreaking object for conducting volume studies; however, using it for purposes such as "area aggregation from the overall building study" requires somewhat complicated operations. "MassPlan" is an add-on system designed to solve these issues, providing not only area aggregation and area table creation for each floor from objects created with the morph tool but also automatic generation features for walls, slabs, and floor slices for morph zone objects created with rough volumes.

■Wall and Slab Creation Function Automatically generates walls and slabs for zone morph objects built at the study level in ArchiCAD. The target zone morphs can have walls and slabs automatically generated for each floor setting, not only for each floor but also for zone morphs set at absolute heights. Additionally, it is possible to convert morph objects into zone objects (floor slices). This makes planning based on ArchiCAD's zone morph objects even more user-friendly. ■Area Calculation Performs area calculations for zone morphs. By setting [Aggregation Items and Regulatory Attributes] for each zone category, it is possible to check the total floor area, construction area, etc. ■Excel Conversion The results aggregated in MassPlan can be exported to a pre-prepared Excel template. The template can be customized to create original names for statutory attributes and other items for various companies. ■Integration with ADS-BT Utilizes the site shape, allowable building area, and allowable total floor area values set in the height restriction analysis system ADS-BT for ARCHICAD.
