It electrolyzes the gas at a constant potential and detects the current generated during this process. - Selectivity is determined by the potential, allowing for high-sensitivity detection of toxic gases. - Capable of detecting low concentrations of gas with high sensitivity. - Sensor output is proportional to gas concentration and is highly accurate.
