It connects the chamber of the EOG sterilizer to the EO gas concentration meter (EOM-3000) via a gas introduction pipe, enabling continuous automatic measurement (analytical measurement) of the EO gas sampled from the chamber, and it can also output the measured EO concentration to an external recorder. By measuring EO concentration, it ensures safety in operations and efficient sterilization work, allowing for real-time monitoring and evaluation of EOG sterilization, measurement of residual EO concentration and safety assessment, and record management through external output, thus complying with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's obligation to record ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization conditions.
