Development of a Dedicated Ultrasonic Tank The Ultrasonic System Research Institute has developed a dedicated ultrasonic tank by applying measurement technology related to the propagation state of ultrasound. As a result of using the newly developed dedicated ultrasonic tank for ultrasonic cleaning and surface modification, it has become easier to control not only the utilization efficiency of ultrasound but also the propagation states of cavitation and acceleration. This represents a completely new manufacturing technology (Note) for tanks and surface treatment technology, and it has been confirmed to be a significant achievement through measurement and analysis of the states. In ultrasonic cleaning machines, despite being the most important factor, there has been little research and development regarding the water tank. At the Ultrasonic System Research Institute, we have developed a dedicated water tank that can efficiently control the state of ultrasonic waves through various measurements and analyses, including installation methods. (We use numerous technologies, including know-how, and we also provide consulting services for know-how disclosure.) When used appropriately, after one year (with 1,000 to 2,000 hours of use), a stable surface condition is achieved, and the sound pressure and frequency of the ultrasonic waves reach an optimal state. We offer <design, manufacturing, and adjustment> services for dedicated water tanks tailored to the purpose of ultrasonic use.
