HOUSE-DOC is software for seismic diagnosis of wooden buildings. It performs calculations based on "Seismic Diagnosis and Reinforcement Methods for Wooden Houses" (published by the Japan Architectural Disaster Prevention Association in July 2004). It evaluates seismic resistance using data required to calculate the necessary strength, such as location, ground conditions, and building shape, as well as data on the specifications and integrity of the foundation, wall specifications and layout, and floor specifications and extent to calculate the strength of the building.
