Ultra Micro Grain is an inorganic injection material primarily composed of ultra-fine particle cement derived from blast furnace slag. Due to its special powder formulation, it possesses resistance to separation in water, preventing issues such as bleeding and sedimentation. Unlike conventional inorganic injection materials, which struggle with high-pressure injection, Ultra Micro Grain enables the filling of fine voids and deep areas of concrete structures thanks to its high fluidity when used with TAP injection machines. Ultra Micro Grain can be utilized in a wide range of applications, allowing for both automatic low-pressure injection and high-pressure injection.

It has excellent adhesion to wet surfaces and will cure even if moisture remains inside cracks. Being an inorganic material, it has superior stability of physical properties and durability. It can fill fine cracks (0.05 mm) as well. It has high fluidity and can be injected without separation even at ultra-high pressure. Its coefficient of thermal expansion is close to that of concrete, allowing it to bond with the structure.
