Geological survey related to construction work.
In construction work, the ground plays various roles as a material for structures, as a support foundation for structures, and in terms of stability, the influence of groundwater, and the impact on the ground environment. Since the survey results are used as reference materials for planning, design, and construction at various stages of construction work, geological surveys need to be conducted using methods selected according to the situation and purpose at each site.

basic information
**Features** We conduct geological surveys using the following methods. ○ Sounding Sounding is a method of investigating the properties of the ground by inserting a resistive body attached to a rod into the ground and measuring the resistance during penetration, rotation, and withdrawal. ○ Boring The purpose of boring is to clarify the composition of strata by observing soil and rock, as well as to provide holes for sampling and in-situ testing. ○ Borehole Camera The borehole camera allows for observation inside the borehole, enabling us to understand features such as layering and cracks that were not discernible from the boring core, as well as the opening width of cracks underground. ○ Groundwater Investigation We assess groundwater levels, pore water pressure, and permeability coefficients of the ground, which are utilized for drainage planning during excavation, estimating water inflow in tunnels, and predicting groundwater impacts. ○ Plate Load Test This is one of the ground bearing capacity tests to determine how much weight the land can withstand when constructing a building. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Our company was founded in 1942 as a survey company and has established many survey methods, including elastic wave exploration and magnetic exploration. We have built a track record as a construction consultant related to geological surveys, including physical exploration, soil surveys, magnetic surveys, and environmental surveys, gaining high trust both domestically and internationally. In addition to conducting geological surveys related to construction work, disaster prevention, environment, resources, and academic research, we also manufacture, sell, and rent survey equipment, as well as provide comprehensive consulting related to "geology." We conduct surveys tailored to each site, utilizing the techniques we have developed over the years, including the combination of physical exploration and soil surveys, as well as soil contamination surveys and physical exploration.
