Captain Pile Method
A method for semi-fixed pile heads for cast-in-place piles, where a precast concrete ring (PC ring) is placed over the pile head to connect the pile and the foundation. 【Features】 ○ The arrangement of the pile head is simple, and there are no protruding rebar during installation, making the construction fast and easy. ○ The bending moment at the pile head can be reduced, resulting in less damage to the pile material compared to conventional methods, thus improving seismic resistance. ○ By reducing the pile head moment, the cross-section of the foundation beams and piles can be minimized, allowing for significant reductions in the amount of concrete and rebar used. ○ It is an environmentally friendly method that reduces the amount of excavated soil. ○ It can be applied to all cast-in-place piles (800-3000), including those with steel pipe wrapping. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.
