EDC−R3P／EDC−R6P／EDC−R10／EDC−R25／EDC−R50N／EDC−R100N
The savior of hydraulic maintenance!
1. It removes all waste that does not dissolve in oil, regardless of whether it is metal, non-metal, organic, or inorganic. 2. It removes a large amount of oxidized and deteriorated substances in oil that are difficult to remove with filters. The effects of 1 and 2 provide the following benefits: ● Extension of hydraulic machinery lifespan ● Significant extension of oil replacement period (10 years) ● Stabilization of productivity due to reduced troubles in hydraulic equipment ● Maintenance of high quality ● Reduction of maintenance costs ● Energy savings

basic information
The EDC series electrostatic oil purifier is a system that simultaneously induces two phenomena, electrophoresis and dielectrophoresis, by applying a high DC voltage to parallel electrodes. Contaminants, both positively and negatively charged, as well as neutral particles, are adsorbed and removed through these electrophoretic actions. The electrostatic oil purifier is the only device capable of removing micro-sized debris that cannot be filtered out and that can lead to hydraulic equipment troubles.
