The EDC series electrostatic oil cleaning machine, EDC-R3P (dedicated for embedded use), always maintains a cleaner state than new oil, significantly extending the oil's lifespan while greatly reducing pump troubles, oil leaks, and the occurrence of defective products. The EDC is a new generation oil cleaner that efficiently and reliably removes oxidized contaminants, which can cause issues in precision machinery. Since the EDC maintains the oil in an ultra-clean state, oxidized contaminants that adhere to the interior of machines and piping dissolve into the oil. As a result, it washes away oxidized contaminants that would be absolutely impossible to remove with conventional filter methods. By using the EDC, pump troubles and oil leaks from piping caused directly or indirectly by oxidized contaminants will be eliminated.
