"Achieving Zero Incineration of Organic Waste" Circular Economy News (Issue 1450)

SINKPIA・JAPAN SINKPIA・JAPAN
An article about Hotel Nikko Princess Kyoto, which has introduced our food waste processor SINKPIA (GJ-100), was published in the Circular Economy Newspaper (Issue No. 1450). Kyoto City has been working on waste composition surveys since 1980, and in March 2015, it established the "New Kyoto City Waste Reduction Plan," setting food loss reduction targets ahead of the rest of the country. Various certification systems related to waste generation reduction are also well-developed, making it an advanced city in waste reduction that actively promotes initiatives in collaboration with businesses and citizens. Additionally, this initiative has been simultaneously certified and awarded as a "2R Special Excellent Business" and "2R and Excellent Business for Sorting and Recycling Activities" by Kyoto City.

Commercial Food Waste Processor Sink Pia [GJ-100]

"Processing organic waste on-site without transporting or burning it" is a commercial organic waste processor that decomposes using the power of microorganisms.

【Product PR】 Until now, composting machines required the removal of processed waste, but since organic waste decomposes into liquid within approximately 24 hours, there is generally no need to remove residues. As long as the processing capacity is not exceeded, additional organic waste can be added. In the processing tank, microorganisms specifically designed for the composting machine inhabit the microbial carrier at high density, and appropriate stirring enhances the decomposition efficiency, allowing for a more compact device. Additionally, due to the minimal odor, indoor installation, which was previously difficult without deodorization and exhaust duct facilities, has become possible. Furthermore, since high-temperature heating treatment is unnecessary, the power consumption required to operate the device can be significantly reduced. The ability to self-process organic waste on-site also greatly contributes to CO2 reduction. The processing method of Sink Pia can be reported as fermentation in the implementation amount of the regular report based on the Food Recycling Law.

Please be sure to introduce this to the management and general affairs department. The first step towards improving operational efficiency and reforming work styles that every company needs! The basics of attendance management.

  • NEW
  • CATALOG

Attendance management is something that is expected of every company and should be addressed. When asked, "Are you doing it?" it might be more concerning to hear, "Are you doing it correctly?" which could make some responsible parties feel anxious. You may be using time cards for clocking in, but are unsure about overtime calculations. You might be having employees input data into Excel, but how does that stand in terms of legal compliance? You may be managing paid leave on paper, but there’s no room for double-checking. Employee resignations may be ongoing, but could this be due to overwork...? Why not review the various pros and cons of different attendance management methods and revisit the important aspects of attendance management from the "basics"?

[Supervised by a Tax Accountant] Is stamp duty unnecessary for electronic contracts?

  • NEW
  • OTHER

Stamp duty, which can be a significant cost in contract operations... By switching to electronic contracts, you can reduce this cost. PDF files of contracts used in electronic contracts do not fall under taxable documents according to the Stamp Duty Act. Therefore, by switching to electronic contracts, the need for physical stamps is eliminated. ◆ "Electronic Contracts" Without Worrying About Stamp Duty When using electronic contracts, there is no stamp duty. Electronic contracts can prove "authenticity" and "non-repudiation" through electronic signatures using electronic certificates and timestamps from certified service providers. * Electronic Signature: Ensures authenticity through email addresses, identification, and certificates of registered matters. * Certified Service Provider Timestamp: Proves that the document "existed" at that time and in that state, confirming that it has "not been tampered with." ◆ For inquiries about electronic contract services, contact paperlogic! "paperlogic Electronic Contract" is a cloud service specialized in electronic contracts and document management. It can be used not only for managing estimates and invoices but also for electronic contracts using witness-type (equivalent to a registered seal) and party-type (equivalent to a personal seal). Additionally, we offer consulting plans for DX, so please feel free to contact us.
