Using voice analysis technology, the service helps drivers notice changes in their mental condition and daily wellbeing.
Starting in June, mental check activities will also be linked to the company’s internal point incentive program.
Through a familiar “point reward” system, we aim to encourage healthier daily habits and support employee wellbeing.
