We can eliminate the "turning marks," which are unavoidable in general cutting processes, to the utmost extent. We achieve an extremely high smoothness with Ra0.1 before anodizing (Ra0.2 after anodizing). In sliding components, we significantly reduce friction resistance, contributing to noise reduction and improved durability of the products. Utilizing the technology cultivated over many years in processing optical products, we have also adapted diamond special-shaped tools for exterior mirror surface processing. We can process the inner diameters and concave surfaces of products, allowing us to express not only mirror surfaces but also various striped patterns.
