We achieve an extremely high level of smoothness with Ra0.1 before anodizing (Ra0.2 after anodizing). In sliding components, this significantly reduces friction resistance, contributing to noise reduction and improved durability of the products. Utilizing the technology cultivated over many years in the processing of optical products, we have also adapted diamond special-shaped tools for exterior mirror surface processing.
