Since its establishment in 1949, our company has been a top manufacturer of camera shutters, supporting Japan's camera industry, which leads the global market, while also working on business diversification and advancing to become a "comprehensive manufacturer of ultra-small and precision devices" covering everything from ultra-small components to system equipment. With the NIDEC Group unifying the brand and company name from Nidec to "Nidec," our company will also change its name from "Nidec Copal Corporation" to "Nidec Precision Corporation," incorporating the group brand name "Nidec." "Precision" signifies "accuracy," and we aim to extend the "precision" manufacturing techniques cultivated in the camera industry since our founding to various industries worldwide, responding to our customers' needs for miniaturization and lightweight products while adding new value, thereby contributing to society. With this "precision" manufacturing, we will focus all our corporate activities on providing technologies and products that are even more "helpful to our customers" and "satisfactory to our customers," striving to become our customers' "true business partner."
