Underwater water delivery pipe WNG - Can be installed with a single long piece!

There are numerous achievements in water supply to remote islands and the intake of deep seawater. A composite structure polyethylene pipe with excellent corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, flexibility, long length, and earthquake resistance!

WNG is a composite polyethylene pipe that is excellent in corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, flexibility, long length, and seismic resistance, designed for transporting seawater and wastewater under conditions such as underwater water supply to remote islands, seawater intake, and underwater discharge. The installation work underwater can minimize the environmental impact on the marine environment by using an automatic burial machine. Nominal diameter: 40 to 250 【Features】 - The inner surface of the pipe and the outermost layer are made of polyethylene material, which has excellent corrosion resistance, is strong against salt damage, and has high mechanical strength due to metal material reinforcement! - Since it can be manufactured and transported on-site in long lengths, joint connections on the seabed are unnecessary, allowing for reliable installation in a short construction period! - Compared to steel pipes, installation is significantly faster, and even when joints are needed, it is safer with a reliable fusion system! - By utilizing an automatic burial machine equipped with an underwater water jet pump, installation at depths of around 100 meters is possible. - Polyethylene pipes have low friction resistance and minimal scale adhesion, so there is no need for time-based additions. In 2024, we carried out the replacement work for the underwater water supply and drainage pipe from Atami City to Hatsushima. The installation was completed with a single piece of 6,745 meters without joints! The installation at a maximum depth of 103 meters is one of the deepest for underwater water supply and drainage pipes in Japan.

"Underwater water delivery pipe WEETS" can be installed with a single long piece!

There are numerous achievements such as water supply to remote islands and the intake of deep seawater. A composite structure polyethylene pipe with excellent corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, flexibility, long length, and earthquake resistance!

WEETS is a composite structure polyethylene pipe that is excellent in corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, flexibility, long length, and seismic resistance, designed for transporting seawater for underwater water supply to remote islands, seawater intake, and underwater discharge under seabed rolling or burial conditions. The installation work underwater can minimize the environmental impact on the underwater environment by using an automatic burial machine. Nominal diameter: 40–400 *Sizes over 400 are available upon consultation. 【Features】 〇 The inner surface and outermost layer of the pipe are made of polyethylene material, which is highly resistant to corrosion and salt damage, and reinforced with metal materials for strong mechanical strength! 〇 Long-length manufacturing and on-site delivery are possible, eliminating the need for joint connections on the seabed, allowing for reliable installation in a short construction period! 〇 Installation is significantly faster compared to steel pipes, and even when joints are necessary, the reliable fusion system provides peace of mind! ○ By utilizing an automatic burial machine equipped with an underwater water jet pump, installation at depths of around 100 meters is possible. ○ Polyethylene pipes have low friction resistance and minimal scale adhesion, so no time-dependent accumulation is required.

December 24 (Wednesday) 13:00-14:00 | From AI introduction to company-wide deployment: Revealing the "model for implementation projects" that allows you to act without hesitation!

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

"Where should we start with AI implementation, and how can we expand it company-wide?" The reason for the slow progress in AI implementation is not the tools themselves. The key lies in project design that encompasses everything from creating guidelines to establishing a promotion system and turning success stories into models. In this webinar, we will systematically explain the types of AI implementation projects that successful companies practice to overcome the "zero-to-one barrier" and the "utilization promotion barrier." Both companies that have not yet implemented AI and those that are stagnating in their utilization will gain clarity on their respective starting points and take home actionable "answers at the action level" that can be executed starting tomorrow in just 60 minutes. Recommended for those facing the following challenges: This webinar is ideal for individuals in departments at the level of section chief or higher who want to promote AI implementation as a project. Companies that do not know how to "start" AI implementation (zero-to-one stage) Companies that have implemented generative AI but are experiencing stagnation in its utilization Companies lacking a driving force or where the initiative is not moving forward, struggling with individualization and the lack of established training Companies that are looking to expand company-wide but are unclear on how to horizontally deploy Companies considering the introduction of AI training (especially in the pre-approval stage)
