MESCO (Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co., Ltd.) is an engineering company that consistently handles everything from the planning stage of various industrial plants to project management, operational guidance, and maintenance. Utilizing its technology, the company also engages in construction and product development in the materials and pipe businesses. Additionally, MESCO has a wealth of experience in overseas plant construction and leverages the comprehensive capabilities cultivated through its three businesses: engineering, pipes, and materials, to meet customer needs. Since 1969, the pipe division has been involved in the planning, design, manufacturing, and construction of piping systems primarily based on polyethylene composite pipes, while the materials sales division has been handling soundproofing materials and radiation shielding materials since 1982. In June 2012, these two divisions were integrated to form the "Pipe and Materials Division." We are committed to maximizing the synergy effects of this integration and strive daily to be a trusted division for our customers.
