I will share the practices of the ANA Group's maintenance department in my presentation.
KAIZEN is fundamentally about "people development."

Recognizing these concerns is the raw material of KAIZEN.
I will introduce the KAIZEN activities and digital transformation initiatives that the ANA Group's maintenance department is undertaking, based on the "awareness" that each individual's work brings.
By promoting KAIZEN activities, we aim to realize "high quality" and "high productivity," and by leveraging "the power of digital," we strive for a world where "people can focus on what they should be doing."

After joining All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd., he worked for eight years in the maintenance department, engaged in the maintenance of aircraft equipment (computers and instruments). In 2015, he fully introduced KAIZEN activities into the maintenance department and has been promoting KAIZEN activities as the head of the KAIZEN Innovation Promotion Office in the maintenance department. Furthermore, by utilizing the power of digital, he is realizing a world where "people can focus on what they should be doing."
