By participating in the training, the structure has been changed to promote self-awareness and deepen understanding. To enhance instruction skills, the program will focus on practical applications through discussions, workshops, and mock presentation exercises. "What is required of a good instructor?" There are four elements: "personality," "teaching method," "content (structure)," and "other (management of the training environment, etc.)." The effectiveness of the training is determined by the multiplication of these four elements. Personality × Teaching Method × Content × Other (environmental maintenance, crisis management) = Training Effectiveness → If any one of these is zero, the training effectiveness will also be zero. In the "Instructor Training Program," participants will repeatedly acquire knowledge through lectures and exercises to demonstrate each of these elements.
