● The LP gas version of the automatic dispatch system TOMAS optimally and automatically selects delivery personnel, delivery vehicles, delivery destinations, delivery order, and delivery routes. ● It automatically generates schedules for multiple rotations (approximately 1 to 4 rotations) (constraints on the number of rotations are also possible). ● By setting the automatic dispatch target data for multiple days (from 3 days to 1 week, etc.), it can generate more efficient delivery routes. (WEEKLY dispatch) ● It checks the maximum load capacity for each truck. (It also considers cases where the number of deliveries differs from the number of pickups.) ● Compliance checks (checking the delivery personnel's working hours and handling time) are conducted. ● The workload of delivery personnel is controlled by setting the available working hours for the day. ● Less productive members, such as newcomers, are controlled by reducing their available working hours. ● Automatic progress management is possible through integration with a dedicated smartphone app. ● The delivery personnel's assigned areas can be set and color-coded on a map, allowing for overlapping areas among delivery personnel. ● With one touch from a smartphone, it is possible to check the route to the customer's premises, truck parking location, gas installation location, and other important notes. ● It is possible to verify in advance whether there are any mistakes in the address or parking position using Street View.

We would like to introduce the easy-to-understand scheduling feature of our automated dispatch system, 'TOMAS.' The schedule bar expresses a wealth of information, including order numbers, recipient names, loading work times, designated loading times (if any), and travel times to delivery destinations. We would like to introduce our company's original VRP engine for the automated dispatch system "TOMAS." Rather than optimizing each vehicle individually, it performs overall optimization processing from the allocation of all delivery cases to the delivery order and route selection, contributing to the maximization of the company's profits. By setting the objective function to "maximizing profits," there have been examples where profit margins have improved by 60%. [Features] ■ Multiple pickups and drop-offs for a single case (support for stopovers) ■ Support for overnight cases ■ Profit maximization support ■ Minimization of total operating time and total driving distance ■ Support for various constraints *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce the on-site route function of our automatic dispatch system, 'TOMAS'. Based on Google Maps, it allows for the creation of unique on-site routes. Parking positions during delivery can also be set outside the premises. You can access the on-site information screen from customer searches, order lists, schedule screens, route maps, etc., and register or confirm site information. 【Features】 ■ Easy and smooth handover tasks for newcomers ■ Improving delivery efficiency by changing from a designated area system to a team system ■ No problem if the address information is outdated and accurate coordinates cannot be obtained ■ We can handle cases where the house and parking position are far apart ■ We excel in cases where multiple customers have the same parking position ■ No issue even if there is one customer address but multiple tank placement locations *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

The automated dispatch system TOMAS automates dispatch operations with an AI optimization engine, maximizing delivery efficiency. It significantly reduces the burden of traditional manual dispatching while simultaneously achieving cost reduction, compliance, and real-time progress management. It is an automated dispatch system that innovates logistics operations.

One of the main challenges occurring on-site is that it takes time to verify driver conditions. This is because it is necessary to check driver qualifications, vacations, available working hours, and past operational status while arranging transportation. With TOMAS, you can create feasible dispatch plans by considering the operating conditions of both people and vehicles.

We automatically create operation schedules while considering the most efficient order for loading and unloading. Additionally, we can accommodate cases that span multiple days from collection to delivery, as well as overnight operations that take several days. We can optimize not only operations that return to the base but also the entire operation as a continuous schedule.

Truck transportation dispatch involves numerous factors such as vehicles, cargo, drivers, routes, labor, and costs. TOMAS comprehensively assesses these constraints and automatically creates feasible and efficient dispatch plans. It prevents the personalization of dispatch operations, enhances the operational efficiency of vehicles and drivers, and supports profit improvement while ensuring compliance. For complex inter-company deliveries, leave the automatic dispatch to TOMAS.

The automatic dispatch system TOMAS creates dispatch plans considering the constraints of the improvement standards notification regarding driving, breaks, and rest times.
