The soaring CPA of web advertising, the declining connection rates of cold calls, and the diminishing effectiveness of mass email distribution. In the field of BtoB marketing and sales, it is becoming increasingly difficult to create touchpoints with customers using only traditional methods. Now that digital initiatives have matured, "designing experiences that remain in customers' memories" is gaining attention as the next area for differentiation. In an era where differences cannot be made solely based on service specifications or prices, emotions and memories drive decision-making. How can we intentionally design that? In this seminar, three companies will present: Shannon Inc., which provides marketing automation; Smapo Inc., which offers a marketing platform utilizing gifts and letters; and Gifty Inc., which develops digital gifts. While also sharing case studies of "gift initiatives" that Shannon has actually implemented, we will discuss the redesign of BtoB customer touchpoints.
