This is a case where we resolved inefficiencies caused by a shortage of specialized personnel and the proliferation of agencies, thereby improving the quality of e-commerce operations. Directors, designers, and engineers were stationed on-site to provide comprehensive support in the CRM and digital marketing areas, which had become overly reliant on specific individuals.
