This is a project case where a complex large-scale site was restructured from a UX perspective to improve business outcomes. I participated as a PMO in a large-scale project involving about 200 people, supporting decision-making across departments and facilitating smooth execution. The entire site was reorganized along a "product axis," and a new design system was introduced that balances innovation and reliability. This is a case where the lack of resources for DX promotion was resolved, and the Product Manager (PdM) and Project Manager (PM) took the lead in growing the product. The Product Manager (PdM) led the development and content creation, doubling the percentage of active users of the app before and after the release. We grew the membership survey service and built a marketing infrastructure capable of collecting 45,000 customer data samples per instance.
