This is a service that supports the design of how to combine CRM and AI without assuming a specific product from the planning stage. How to redesign the data and operations dispersed across marketing, sales, and customer success with the premise that AI agents will operate autonomously. Which operations to automate and where to retain human judgment. Where and how the data necessary for that judgment should be accumulated. Based on these designs, we will define the necessary tool configuration. Instead of aligning operations after deciding on tools, we solidify the operational design first to maintain a state that can be utilized even after implementation. For companies that have already implemented CRM, we also propose a phased transition design based on the current operations.

After the launch, the Customer Success Team will continue to monitor usage and output quality while supporting you until the utilization is firmly established towards achieving your goals.
