We will design the CRM with the assumption that AI will operate the data and operations distributed across marketing, sales, and customer service.
This is a service that supports the design of how to combine CRM and AI without assuming a specific product from the planning stage. How to redesign the data and operations dispersed across marketing, sales, and customer success with the premise that AI agents will operate autonomously. Which operations to automate and where to retain human judgment. Where and how the data necessary for that judgment should be accumulated. Based on these designs, we will define the necessary tool configuration. Instead of aligning operations after deciding on tools, we solidify the operational design first to maintain a state that can be utilized even after implementation. For companies that have already implemented CRM, we also propose a phased transition design based on the current operations.

basic information
■Feature 1: Support from Business Design Before Tool Selection Before deciding which product to implement, we design what to automate and where to retain human judgment. This approach defines the tool configuration based on business requirements rather than aligning business processes with product constraints. ■Feature 2: Neutral Design Not Based on Specific Products We do not assume the introduction of products from specific vendors. We consider the necessary configuration across products based on existing CRM environments and business requirements. ■Feature 3: Data Integration Design Across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success We integrate data and business processes that are fragmented by department into a format that can be referenced and executed by AI agents. We define where data is stored and how it should be linked. ■Feature 4: Practical Design Based on Corporate Sales Experience Based on seven years of experience in corporate sales, we propose designs that can be practically operated in the sales field. We avoid designs that may work theoretically but do not function in practice.
