The association is developing and operating food safety management standards (JFS standards) that align with international standards, as well as their certification programs and conformity assessment programs. We provide food safety management standards that are easy to implement not only for large corporations but also for small and medium-sized enterprises that make up the majority of Japan's food industry. Our goal is to establish a common foundation for food safety in the food industry.
