Through LiDAR measurement, we obtain high-precision point cloud data even under vegetation and in complex terrain, allowing us to calculate soil volume. By differentiating between photogrammetry and LiDAR, we ensure optimal accuracy according to site conditions. We will produce deliverables that comply with the embankment regulation law enacted in 2023, the standards for the reuse of construction-generated soil, and the application of BIM/CIM principles in 2025.

Tokai Air Service Co., Ltd. is a specialized company in drone surveying, research, and photography. As a feature, we closely collaborate with a mid-sized surveying company in Nagoya, and in addition to traditional surveying tasks, we perform point cloud data processing, cross-section creation, and mesh volume calculations using drones and advanced ICT equipment, in accordance with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's i-Construction construction management guidelines. Starting in 2023, we have established a rapid delivery system for large-scale data creation in BIM/CIM through a technical partnership with the National University of Civil Engineering in Vietnam.
