High-performance electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge (EMAT) EMA-3T / Standard and Advanced Version Capacitive coupling, rust removal, and coating removal are not required for measuring the thickness of steel plates. No pre-treatment is necessary, which also eliminates the need for post-treatment. The work process can be reduced by over 66%. Can measure through coatings up to 4mm thick. The probe can be tilted up to 25° for measurement. There is no need to apply the probe vertically against curved surfaces, and stable measurement values are displayed instantly. Data acquisition can be tailored to the structure of the inspection target. (Pipes, matrices, lines) Two versions are available: Standard Ver. and Advanced Ver., with or without barcode/RFID reader functionality. (The reader function is only included in the Advanced Ver.) Optional: High-temperature probe capable of measuring up to 700°C.
