VitaNet conducted a passenger information distribution using AccuNotify at Naha Airport as part of a demonstration project by the Okinawa General Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Information was notified to passengers' smartphones based on their location and timing, achieving a CTR of 14.9%, a user satisfaction rating of 4.77 out of 5, and a system operational rate of 100%. This demonstrated the potential to utilize the airport's passenger flow as a new digital customer touchpoint and advertising medium that allows for measurable effectiveness.

VitaNet confirmed the potential to extend the effectiveness of AccuNotify as an advertising and promotional touchpoint, verified at Naha Airport, throughout the entire passenger flow, including within Yui Rail stations, vehicles, and tourist and commercial facilities. By creating digital touchpoints along passenger movements and conducting guidance and response measurement to the next stores and facilities, we aim to utilize it as a "flow-type digital infrastructure" that connects tourism, transportation, and commerce, promoting circulation and generating local consumption.

VitaNet conducted a monitoring survey comparing AccuNotify and QR codes in physical stores of domestic retail chains, confirming a difference of about four times based on observed values, with an action rate of 85.7% for AccuNotify and 21.4% for QR codes. AccuNotify can measure visits to the target area as impressions and notification taps as CTR, allowing for the evaluation and improvement of customer touchpoints in physical stores and OOH in the same way as digital advertising, thus transforming into "operational media."
