Planning Skills: Training for those unfamiliar with creating concepts for new business development.

Even those who are inexperienced can use this framework to devise new business creation concepts and connect them to the components of the business model canvas.

In this training, in response to the ambiguous expectations for new businesses, we propose a dialogue that utilizes the diversity of participants (e.g., managers and employees) to facilitate divergence and convergence, creating constructive interactions in the planning stage, such as setting targeted objectives. Additionally, based on training experiences conducted in large corporations, we will use five dialogue tools to abstract and structure participants' opinions from multiple perspectives, visualizing them to experience dialogue utilizing collective intelligence. Furthermore, the output of the concept framework, the business model, is visually clear and can be used as an approach or pre-work to derive important components of the business model canvas.
