We would like to introduce an example of the Kasinaga pest control activities conducted by our company. This year, a total of 180 "Kasinaga traps" will be installed on 60 trees at Meiji Shrine. Dangerous trees are being processed to prevent accidents caused by fallen trees and branches. The pest control method using "Kasinaga traps" is a safe method that does not rely on chemical agents, utilizing the power of nature to suppress damage by supporting the trees. 【Overview of the Case】 ■ Location: Meiji Shrine ■ Activity: Installation of a total of 180 "Kasinaga traps" on 60 trees *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case of the chestnut tree borer control activities conducted by our company. In Suginami Ward, there is a magnificent chestnut orchard with about 400 trees, which began to be attacked by the chestnut tree borer. There are 12 large oak trees around the orchard, and it seems that the borer, which flew towards the oaks, also attacked the chestnut trees. As a result, three chestnut trees and twelve oak trees were covered with sheets, and subsequently, hundreds of trees were also covered with sheets. [Case Overview] ■ Location: Chestnut orchard in Suginami Ward ■ Activity: After covering three chestnut trees and twelve oak trees with sheets, hundreds of trees were covered with sheets. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce an example of the Kashi-naga pest control activities we conducted. We installed "Kashi-naga traps" on five trees at a private affiliated junior high school in Suginami Ward, covered twelve trees with sheets and spread cypress pellets, and placed a urethane cover on one tree. The feature of the pest control method using "Kashi-naga traps" is that it suppresses the occurrence of dead trees, which reduces the costs necessary for processing dead trees, thereby lowering the total expenses. [Case Overview] ■ Activity Location: Private Affiliated Junior High School in Suginami Ward ■ Activity Details - Installed "Kashi-naga traps" on five trees - Covered twelve trees with sheets and spread cypress pellets - Placed a urethane cover on one tree *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case of the prevention activities against the Kasinaga (a type of pest) that our company conducted. We received a report from a kindergarten in Tokyo that a tree, which had a flying squirrel nest box installed, was dying due to oak wilt. We advised them to cover the base of a newly installed nest box tree with a protective sheet. City staff carried out the sheet covering, but upon inspecting the site, we found that the "base" was not covered. Therefore, we covered the base with urethane and also spread cypress pellets. 【Case Overview】 ■ Activity Location: Kindergarten in Tokyo ■ Activity Details - Covered the base with urethane - Spread cypress pellets *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Animal Repellent Device AR171," which can detect animals on both sides, repels them by simultaneously emitting high-frequency sound (ultrasound) and light (LED) for 10 seconds. It operates by charging a battery with a solar panel, allowing for immediate use after purchase. The frequency (1 to 8) can be selected according to the type of animal to be repelled using the "Frequency Switch Button." To check the battery level, simply press the "Battery Level Check Button," and the remaining battery percentage will be displayed on the digital display panel. Its compact and lightweight design makes it easy to transport, allowing for various installation methods and easy removal. [Installation Example] There have been numerous incidents of crows dropping stones from above and damaging solar panels. Therefore, we installed 43 units of the Animal Repellent Device AR171 in part of the area, as it can repel animals using sound and light. As a result, there has been almost no crow damage in the area where AR171 was installed. We plan to order the Animal Repellent Device AR171 again for the next fiscal year based on its effectiveness. Installation Location: Nippon Paper Mega Solar Komatsushima LLC Address: 1 Toyoura-cho, Komatsushima City, Tokushima Prefecture Number of Units Installed: 43 Installation Interval: 1 unit installed every 30 to 40 meters

Free membership registration**Characteristics of the Control Method Using Kasinaga Traps** - Reduces damage by supporting the trees - A safe control method that utilizes natural forces (resistance from tree sap) without relying on chemicals - No heavy labor required In measures and control against oak wilt, processing dead trees incurs costs, and the work is also dangerous. The greatest feature of the control method using Kasinaga traps is that it suppresses the occurrence of dead trees, thereby reducing the costs associated with processing dead trees and keeping overall costs down. *You can view examples of the adoption of this product from the "PDF Download" below.*

Free membership registrationThe "Kashinonagakikuisu Trap," developed in collaboration with Masahide Kobayashi from the Kyoto Prefectural Forest, Agriculture and Fisheries Technology Center, is an insect pest control trap designed to capture the Kashinonagakikuisu beetle, which is responsible for the oak decline (tree mortality), in order to protect forests. Oak decline refers to the damage caused when the Kashinonagakikuisu beetle launches concentrated attacks on trees, leading to their death. There have been reports of incidents where decaying trees fall and injure people due to oak decline. Previously, trunk injection was recommended, but it is no longer advised in recent years due to its lack of effectiveness. Safe pest control methods that do not rely on chemicals, such as insect pest control traps, are gaining attention. The most costly aspect of oak decline countermeasures is the treatment of dead trees, which also involves risks. Moreover, many pest control methods aim to "reduce the number of dead trees." The pest control method using the Kashinonagakikuisu Trap can suppress the occurrence of dead trees, thereby reducing the costs associated with their treatment and lowering overall expenses. Trees installed with the Kashinonagakikuisu Trap capture a significant number of incoming Kashinonaga beetles, making them less susceptible to concentrated attacks and preventing tree death.
