This presentation will provide a detailed explanation of the software "GeoShink," developed under the NEDO project, which contributes to improving the calendar day utilization rate through labor-saving monitoring and analysis of geothermal power plants, along with actual application examples. In the revised PPP/PFI promotion action plan of 2023, Water PPP, a new public-private partnership model, has been defined, and regarding national funding support for the reconstruction of sewage pipes, the introduction of this Water PPP will be required from fiscal year 2027 onwards, with some exceptions. As a result, municipalities responsible for many sewerage projects need to accelerate their consideration of Water PPPs, but they are currently struggling to address aging infrastructure, disaster response, and efforts toward decarbonization, all while managing limited budgets and staff. Our city plans to introduce Water PPP in fiscal year 2025, and we hope to address the aforementioned challenges as well.
