Our company will hold a seminar on "Creating a New Station Front Space through Public-Private Partnership in Kobe City." The redevelopment of the urban center and Sannomiya aims to maximize the location conditions of being "surrounded by the sea and mountains, with the station close to the city," creating a "comfortable city where people can enjoy walking and are the main characters," inviting visitors to naturally explore the city from the moment they exit the station and to wander around the surrounding areas such as the waterfront. Based on the "Future Vision of Kobe's Urban Center" and the "Basic Concept for Redevelopment of the Sannomiya Area," formulated in September 2015, public and private sectors are collaborating on redevelopment efforts, and the development of a city that is suitable as the gateway to Kobe, integrating public spaces and surrounding buildings, is now concretely underway.
