At Daiseki MCR, we purchase and collect waste lead batteries (for automotive and industrial use), refine them in a melting furnace using lead (lead sponge) from the plates as raw material. If you wish to have us collect the batteries, we will come to you with our truck or a partner company's truck. If you prefer to bring them to us, please consult us in advance about the types, quantities, and packaging of the waste lead batteries. At Daiseki MCR, we purchase and collect waste lead batteries (for automotive and industrial use), refine them in a melting furnace using lead from the plates (lead sponge) as raw material. The processed lead grid and lead paste are melted to produce bullion (raw lead). Impurities are removed from the bullion (raw lead) to manufacture lead with a higher purity (99.99% purity) and alloys specified by the user. Our company conducts the valuable purchase and industrial waste processing of used batteries and used lead-acid batteries. The collected batteries are processed at our factory to produce lead ingots, which are then sold to domestic battery manufacturers, contributing to domestic recycling. The gas used is carbon offset city gas, and electricity is sourced from CO2-free electricity and non-fossil certificates. We have established a roadmap to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030.
