At Daiseki MCR, we purchase and collect waste lead batteries (for automotive and industrial use), refine them in a melting furnace using lead from the plates (lead sponge) as raw material. The processed lead grid and lead paste are melted to produce bullion (raw lead). Impurities are removed from the bullion (raw lead) to manufacture lead with a higher purity (99.99% purity) and alloys specified by the user.
