However, the balance between intake and exhaust was not well managed, resulting in a negative pressure state inside the cooking room. When negative pressure occurs, it becomes easier for garbage, dust, and insects from outside to enter, making it difficult to address the issue. Therefore, a vapor heat utilization air supply system was introduced. This system utilizes only vapor heat to cool and supply fresh outside air. In practice, during the summer, outside air at 36°C was cooled down to about 27°C before being supplied indoors. This system does not have a compressor, allowing it to operate with approximately 70% lower power consumption compared to conventional air supply units, which is also an attractive feature.
